PT Indonesia Entertainmen Grup signed an agreement to acquire 50.1% stake in PT Animasi Kartun Indonesia from PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (JKSE:EMTK) for IDR 15 billion on June 29, 2015. In a related deal, PT Indonesia Entertainmen Studio signed an agreement to acquire Studio 6 from PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (JKSE:EMTK). Under the terms of the deal, 0.91 million shares will be acquired.
