PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk Forms Joint Venture with Li Chau Ging to Set Up Era International Network in Malaysia

PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk has formed a joint venture (JV) with Li Chau Ging to form Era International Network in Malaysia. As part of the transaction, Erajaya will hold a 95% stake in the JV, while Li Chau Ging will hold the remaining 5%. The JV will allow Erajaya to expand its distribution and retail footprint in Malaysia.
