PT Nusa Gemilang Abadi announced that it has received IDR 92.5 billion in funding from PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk.

PT Nusa Gemilang Abadi announced a private placement of 92,500,000 series B shares at a price of IDR 1,000 per share with existing investor, PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk for gross proceeds of IDR 92,500,000,000 on February 20, 2013. The investor holds 99.99% stake in the company.

On February 20, 2013, PT Nusa Gemilang Abadi closed the transaction.
