Survived with a strong foundation in facing the 2020 pandemic, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk with Semen Tiga Roda brand is awarded the 'Indonesia Best Marketing Brand 2020 - Millennials Choice' by the research and business news institution, Iconomics.

The award was received by Dion Sumedi, General Manager of Sales, through the Iconomics Marketing Brand Award 2021 and Strategy & Brand Marketing Goals Webinar 1st vs 2nd Semester 2021 which took place on Friday, February 5, 2021 via Zoom Meeting, and aired on 64 RRI stations, RRI Net TV, Iconomics TV, Youtube Live Streaming and Instagram Live.

This award is given by Iconomics to companies that have succeeded in maintaining brand equity during the difficult pandemic in 2020. Based on online research which held during 3 weeks to more than 10,000 millennial respondents aged 21-38 years in 10 major cities in Indonesia, such as Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Palembang, Balikpapan, Makassar, and Bali. From the research, it was found that the best brands from each industry category received the highest average score on 3 aspects of assessment, awareness, image (perceived quality & satisfaction), and engagement (loyalty & intention).

With various programs carried out througout 2020 to remain strong in the midst of a pandemic, Indocement is given appreciation through this award. Millennials are one of the main targets in various programs because millennials are active ages who use or recommend their trusted products. This award shows that the program is targeted at the appropriate point and is expected to be an encouragement to continue to have agile methods of innovation in the midst of the pandemic that is still ongoing in 2021.
