Moving quickly to prepare for regeneration is an important issue for Indocement, therefore on December 9, 2020, Indocement launched the second batch of the Agent of Change (AoC) Development Program online. This batch 2 was attended by 25 participants, bringing the total AoC to 54 participants from the main function and support function.

AoC is a managerial and leadership capability development program for selected Indocement employees for 2 years and will start in January 2021. The program entitled Indocement 'Agent of Change RECONNECT' is a program designed to focus on achieving business goals in crisis period by adding 'Design Thinking' program. It is expected that graduates from this program will be able to accelerate Indocement's business growth and sustainability.
