This is to inform you that in the meeting of Board of Directors of PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS/ the Company) held on August 5th, 2022, the agenda item dealing with the approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2022 was deferred by the Board and consequently, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 could also not be finalized.
