PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited Announces Resignation of Kris Imsang as Director and Member of Nomination and Remuneration Committee

PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited informed that Mr. Kris Imsang, a Director and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee notified the Company of his intention to resign from all the positions. Kris resignation is effective from 30 September 2022 onwards.
