On August 19, 2021, Ample, Inc. closed the transaction. The company received $160,000,000 in Series C round of funding led by existing investor, Moore Strategic Ventures, LLC and included participation from new investors, PTT Public Company Limited, Disruptive Innovation Fund, a fund managed by Rose Park Advisors, LLC, existing investors, ENEOS Corporation, SMRT Ventures Pte. Ltd. and Shell Ventures. The company received $159,999,714 pursuant to regulation D from 22 investors.
