PTT Public Company Limited ( " PTT" ) would like to inform that Board of Directors of PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited ("OR"), a subsidiary of PTT, passed a resolution to dissolve PTT Oil Myanmar Company Limited ("PTTOM"), a wholly owned subsidiary of OR, registered in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar ("Myanmar"). The resolution to dissolve PTTOM is in accordance with OR group's business restructuring strategy and OR will operate oil and retail business in Myanmar thru joint ventures with local business partners.

This transaction is not a connected transaction and the transaction size does not require any disclosure under regulations on acquisition and disposition of assets of the listed companies. However, this is a report that a listed company or its subsidiary company acquires or disposes of an investment in another company, which results in that other company becoming or ceasing to be a subsidiary company of the listed company or its subsidiary company. Therefore, such disposition will result in PTTOM ceasing to be the subsidiary of PTT.
