Dyukov denied reports Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom (MISX:GAZP) planning to sell 5% of Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom Neft (MISX:SIBN) shares. Reports on Gazprom's sale of 5% of shares in Gazprom Neft are not true, Gazprom Neft Head Alexander Dyukov told journalists. "This is not true," he said.
Gazprom owns just under 95% of Gazprom Neft. Telegram channels carried reports in November 2019 that Gazprom was planning to sell 5% of the oil producer's shares.
