ROSTELECOM Moscow, Russia - January 27, 2022 - Rostelecom PJSC (MOEX - RTS: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY), Russia's national telecommunications operator, today announces that it has been included in the 2022 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI). The GEI expanded in 2022 to include 418 companies across 45 countries and regions. Member companies represent a variety of sectors, including financials, technology and utilities, which collectively have the highest representation in the index.
Rostelecom and the other companies included in the 2022 GEI were recognized for their commitment to transparency and setting a new standard in gender-related data reporting.
Rostelecom continues to improve upon its gender-related metrics and disclosure, fostering more opportunity for diverse talent to succeed within the company. As a result, even though the threshold for inclusion in the GEI has risen, Rostelecom was included in the index for the third consecutive year.
