Uralkali (the Company), one of the world's leading producers of potash, announces that Anton Vishanenko, Uralkali's Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company.

Natalia Soboleva, Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Uralkali, has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer.

All top-level managerial appointments at Uralkali fall within the responsibility of the Company's Board of Directors. Uralkali will inform all relevant stakeholders of updates to personnel appointments in a timely manner.
