BELUGA GROUP presents three new products in the Golubitskoe Estate collection - pét-nats, created by Golubitskoe Estate winery: Golubitskoe Estate Petnat Sauvignon Blanc 2021, Golubitskoe Estate Petnat White 2021, and Golubitskoe Estate Petnat Pink 2021.

Pét-nats are made using a technique known as Méthode Ancestrale: first, the fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks and then continues in bottles, where the wine becomes sparkling. Compared to sparkling wines made using the traditional Champagne method, pét-nats have a brighter mouthfeel and a fresh fruity taste.

2021 harvest Sauvignon Blanc was the predominant variety in the new pét-nats.

• Golubitskoe Estate Petnat Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is vibrant and crisp, with a rich aromatic profile, a characteristic of the variety.

• Golubitskoe Estate Petnat White 2021 is a cuvée comprising the refreshing and bold Sauvignon Blanc and the opulent, smooth, and elegant Chardonnay.

• Golubitskoe Estate Petnat Pink 2021 is a well-balanced and harmonious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc. The former gives the wine its strong body, rich flavor, and unmistakable character, while the latter brings in acidity and refined, elegant notes.

The new additions are a child of the "Wines of the Winery" project, where the Golubitskoe Estate experiments with fresh and exciting new products and explores their creative potential.

June marks the debut of the new Golubitskoe Estate pét-nats, and BELUGA Boutique customers will be the first to try them out.
