PPC S.A. announces that, the Board of Directors at its meeting on Friday, June 8, 2018, decided: 1. The election of Mr. Emmanuel Panagiotakis, Chief Executive Officer of the Company (Executive Member), as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the formation of the Board of Directors into a body. 2. The election of Mr. Georgios Andriotis (Independent - Non-Executive Member), pursuant to Article 14, par. 1 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company, as Vice-Chairman of the Board, since the capacities of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer coincide to the same person. Following the above, the new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: • Emmanuel Panagiotakis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. Term of office until 6.6.2021. • Georgios Andriotis, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Civil Engineer. Term of office until 10.7.2019. • Panagiotis Alexakis, Independent-Non-Executive Member, Economist/ Professor at the University of Athens. Term of office until 17.12.2018. • Demetrios Vassilakis, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Mechanical Engineer. Term of office until 10.7.2019. • Aris Vatalis, Non-Executive Member, Technician, employee of PPC S.A. Term of office until 17.12.2018 • Pantelis Karaleftheris, Non-Executive Member, Employees' Representative, employee of PPC S.A. Term of office until 5.6.2019. • Christos Papageorgiou, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Mining and Metallurgical Engineer. Term of office until 10.7.2019 • Lazaros Stathakis, Executive Member, Chemical Engineer. Term of office until 10.7.2019. • Fragiskos Topalis, Independent- Non-Executive Member, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer/Professor at the NTUA.
