Public Power : Composition of the Board of Directors of PPC S.A.

Announcement
The Board of Directors of PPC S.A. at its meeting on Monday, April 9, 2018, concluded that, the conditions described in the second subparagraph, of paragraph 1(a) of article 9 of the currently in effect Articles of Incorporation of the Company, are met and therefore the term of the Chairman and CEO of the Board, Mr. Emmanouil Panagiotakis, which ended on April 7, 2018, is extended ipso jure, until the date of convention of the next General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company.

Following the above, the new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows:

• Emmanouil Panagiotakis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer. Term of Office until the next General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company.
• Georgios Andriotis, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Civil Engineer. Term of Office until 10.07.2019.
• Panagiotis Alexakis, Independent-Non-Executive Member, Economist/ Professor at the University of Athens. Term of office until 17.12.2018.
• Demetrios Vassilakis, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Mechanical Engineer. Term of Office until 10.07.2019.
• Aris Vatalis, Non-Executive Member, Technician, employee of PPC S.A. Term of office until 17.12.2018
• Pantelis Karaleftheris, Non-Executive Member, Employees' Representative, employee of PPC S.A. Term of office until 05.06.2019.
• Christos Papageorgiou, Independent - Non-Executive Member, Mining and Metallurgical Engineer. Term of office until 10.07.2019
• Lazaros Stathakis, Executive Member, Chemical Engineer,. Term of office until 10.07.2019.
• Fragiskos Topalis, Independent- Non-Executive Member, Mechanical-Electrical Engineer/Professor at the NTUA. Term of office until 10.07.2019.
• Maria Founti, Independent-Non-Executive Member, Mechanical Engineer /Professor at the NTUA. Term of Office until 10.07.2019.
• Nikolaos Fotopoulos, Non- Executive Member, Employees' Representative, employee of PPC S.A., Term of Office until 05.06.2019.
