The real estate company Acrinova has entered into an agreement with Public Property to divest
the property Euron 1 in Trelleborg. In the deal, the underlying property value amounts to SEK 102 million. This is stated in a press release.

The property is located on Eurovägen 2 in the expansive area Västervång in Trelleborg. The property houses an energy-efficient preschool, which was originally built by Acrinova in 2021.

The premises comprise approximately 1,700 square meters of lettable area and the property's plot area amounts to 6,700 square meters. The tenant is Trelleborg Municipality.

Public Property Invest will take possession on February 28, 2025. Public Property sent out information about the deal this morning.
