Batljan wants to see Public Property Invest dual-listed in Stockholm - Fastighetsvärlden
PPI has recently been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, but the liquidity there is low for real estate companies, says Batljan.
"We are a Norwegian company that is growing throughout the Nordic region. I think we need to consider whether we should investigate dual listing. There are many more real estate companies in Stockholm and liquidity is much higher," says Batljan, who will become PPI's chief investment officer after the end of the year.
PPI owns properties worth just over SEK 10 billion. At the end of November, the company acquired its first property in Sweden - a preschool in Trelleborg, Skåne.
