PPI extends lease agreement with the Norwegian Courts

Public Property Invest has extended the lease with the Norwegian Courts in Lillehammer until 2048, according to a press release.

It concerns 1 560 square meters at Jul Pettersens Gate 2.

"The extension is another vote of confidence from the Norwegian Courts of Justice, which is one of our largest tenants and a tenant in 11 of our buildings. When the contract expires in 2048, Lillehammer District Court will have been a tenant in these premises for 50 years", says CEO André Gaden.
