Falls Grove by Pulte Homes will begin production in High Point this year

HIGH POINT, NC, May 3, 2021 - PulteGroup, one of America's largest homebuilding companies, broke ground and held a ribbon cutting ceremony in late April at Falls Grove, located at 985 Horneytown Road in High Point. Jay Wagner, the Mayor of High Point, attended the event, along with PulteGroup staff, the High Point Chamber of Commerce, and local media.

Affordably priced from the $200s, Falls Grove will consist of 123 one-car contemporary townhomes and 23 two-story/open concept single family homes throughout its 27 acres off Highway 66 on the east side of Horneytown Road, just south of Hedgecock Road.
