PulteGroup's Built to Honor Program Will Build and Donate Home in Prior Lake Community

Minneapolis, MN, August 16, 2021 - PulteGroup's Built to Honor® program surprised U.S. Army Sergeant Efferim Tillman and Army Specialist Jessica Poplin with a life-changing announcement: they will receive a brand-new mortgage-free Pulte home at Trillium Cove in Prior Lake. After hearing the big news, the couple saw their future homesite for the first time and participated in a special groundbreaking ceremony.

'We are grateful to Sergeant Tillman and Specialist Poplin for their service to our country and are honored to build them this home,' said Jamie Tharp, president of PulteGroup's Minnesota division. 'We hope that the home will provide their family with comfort and many happy memories together in this exciting new chapter of their lives.'

Built specifically for the Tillman and Poplin family, the new construction single-family home will be 3,750+ square feet, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 -bathrooms. The home will be ready this winter.

The couple and their children recently relocated to Minnesota to be closer to family, and for Specialist Poplin's new position with Endeavor Airlines out of the Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport.
