PVH Corp - An Update on Our Inclusion & Diversity Progress.

Even in 2021, the COVID-19 pandemic continued to challenge the fashion industry in new ways. But for the team at PVH Corp., this was no time to slow down. In fact, PVH made even more progress on our Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) initiatives in the past year. We worked closely with our partner organizations, championed inclusivity through unique brand campaigns, implemented I&D policies in the workplace, leveraged the Power of PVH to support communities worldwide and most importantly, established specific I&D commitments. We're incredibly proud of our 2021 accomplishments and we look forward to keeping this momentum going in 2022.

Here are some of our favorite moments from last year:

Launched new I&D commitments: PVH developed nine formal global commitments to support positive I&D actions and associate contributions across our brands and regions. These commitments focus on strategic I&D pillars - Workplace, Marketplace and Community - to make a positive impact and hold PVH accountable for keeping inclusivity a top priority. Learn more about our nine commitments and updates on our progress here.

Expanded relationships and engagement with I&D partners:

We partnered with the Council of Fashion Designers of America on the State of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Fashion report to encourage a more representative American fashion industry. The report identified six key areas of opportunity for the industry to be more diverse, equitable, and inclusive, particularly through the lens of racial equity: awareness, access, promotion, advocacy, compensation and belonging. Addressing these areas provides a framework for companies to quantify their culture's strengths and opportunities for improvement; provide insight into actionable steps towards a future more reflective of our citizenry; and foster a talent pipeline from underrepresented communities.

We enhanced our support for the NRF Foundation's Next Gen Scholarship competition, Boys & Girls Club of America's RISE UP program, and the Target Gender Equality (TGE) United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) accelerator.

We formalized our partnership with Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) program and PFLAG National.

PVH became a founding partner of the Social Justice Center at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).

PVH launched a new partnership with Circle In, a resource platform for working parents and caregivers.

The PVH Australia team continued work on their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen relationships with their local indigenous communities.

PVH Europe joined Workplace Pride, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of LGBTIQ+ people in workplaces worldwide.

PVH Netherlands and Canada joined the United Nations Target Gender Equality initiative to advance gender parity.

PVH Europe teamed up with new organizations such as Rainbow Railroad and Fashion Minority Alliance (FMA) to expand impact in their local communities.

Introduced new workplace policies to encourage diverse self-expression: PVH Malaysia introduced the hijab as part of the retail associate uniform to encourage religious individuality and empowerment. This first-ever adoption in Asia also expanded to Singapore with additional regions to follow.

Expanded I&D Education and Training:

The I&D team led internal education and training initiatives including the launch of our I&D Champion Level 1 Badge, which over 3,500 associates have competed to-date.

We hosted listening sessions, speaker events, and trainings to open the conversation about different I&D topics through our 'Let's Talk' series.

PVH proudly celebrated history and heritage days and months including Coming Out Day; International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia; Black History Month; International Women's Day; Women's History Month; Asian Heritage Month; Hispanic Heritage Month; Pride Month; and National Disability Employment Awareness Month.

Broadened reach of BRGs globally: We launched new Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in Australia and New Zealand, and created brand new BRGs including Asians Connecting for Empowerment (ACE) BRG, Latinxs Organized for Leading & Achieving (LOLA) BRG, Differently Abled BRG, and Multi-Generations BRG.

PVH brands showcased diversity and inclusion:Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein led bold campaigns, collaborations, and initiatives to forward our mission of creating a more inclusive fashion industry.

The 2021 Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Frontier Challenge focused on supporting BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) entrepreneurs creating solutions to make the fashion landscape more inclusive.

Tommy Hilfiger organized the third annual Make It Possible Week, where PVH change-makers and industry innovators discussed GHG reduction, inclusivity, and digitalization in fashion.

Tommy Hilfiger tapped non-binary actor and activist Indya Moore (TommyXIndya) and Brooklyn-based designer Romeo Hunte (TommyXRomeo) to create two unique capsule collections.

Through its People's Place Program, Tommy Hilfiger launched the first-ever New Legacy Design Competition with Harlem's Fashion Row to support black creatives.

Calvin Klein launched the #proudinmycalvins campaign to celebrate LGBTQIA+ advocacy and equality.

Calvin Klein launched the CK Neutrals underwear campaign, featuring three new shades of nude colored underwear to celebrate inclusivity and diversity for all women.

Both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein contributed to charities including Rainbow Railroad and R.O.A.D. to advance the social and economic well-being of LGBTQIA+ African descendants.

As part of their dedicated Pride capsule collections, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein made donations to the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA).
