Keep scrolling to learn more about our PVH U Ambassadors and why they chose to inspire others through our PVH University offerings.

1. Please describe your role in PVH.

Jennifer
I'm a Floor Supervisor at Calvin Klein, Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, and to be specific, the amazing CK007! As a Floor Supervisor, I run the floor, planning every hour or even the whole day to have a good success rate. First, the floor should be ready, all merchandise well presented, then I make sure that my team knows about our goals, our KPI's (Key Performance Indicator), promotions that we share with everybody, coaching, and product knowledge so they can be confident with their customers. Seems a lot but sometimes, it's not just always about the numbers, you have to have fun too because fun is contagious!

Burcu
In my role as a Business Process Manager - Commercial Planning, I operate as an internal consultant across the company, leading the design & implementation of business processes. As a part of the TPG team (Technology & Process Group), I work closely with different cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of business capabilities, and partner with business units to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes to create extraordinary value for our brands through process excellence.

Debora
I am the New York Office Administrative Assistant in the TPG department (Technology and Process Group). I provide administrative support to various teams within the TPG department. This includes but is not limited to calendaring, helping onboard new associates, coordinating special events, and being the go-to person for departmental administrative needs and questions. I also get to work on fun projects with the Office of the CIO. Last year I hosted a virtual Halloween happy hour for the department.

2. Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

Jennifer
Okay… Where should I start? Alright, my biggest accomplishment was to graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing! But then again, I dreamed of being a Flight Attendant, but I found a career here at PVH. I feel like wherever I go I always find a way of helping people and seeing them happy makes me satisfied with what I have become as a PVH leader and an Ambassador.

Burcu
During warm summer days, you may find me wakeboarding on a New Jersey lake or trying to score some goals on a soccer field. I regularly participate in co-ed ZogSports Leagues which is a way for me to give back to charities & communities around me. I am also a social media enthusiast and am very proud to be the face of multiple social media campaigns encouraging people to find balance in their lives.

Debora
A fun fact about me is that I do not drive and for that reason, I have given myself the title of "Professional Passenger!" Even before GPS navigation was a thing, I would memorize mass transit routes, maps, toll exits, etc. To say that I have an excellent sense of direction is an understatement!

3. What does being a PVH U ambassador mean to you?

Jennifer
I like learning, listening, exploring, talking to people, helping, teaching, and inspiring them, especially my associates to be a better version of themselves. Being a leader is not just having the ability to empower others to achieve a set of goals, you also have to be an advocate, take action and be accountable for yourself. It's heartwarming for me every time I use the core values of PVH U Ambassador to inspire and help people and see them happy, that's why I want to tell everyone that not just me but YOU can always make a difference in people's lives. I also want to represent the brand in a positive light and help to increase brand awareness.

Burcu
Being a PVH U Ambassador means "GROWING TOGETHER THROUGH KNOWLEDGE SHARING" to me. I am a loyal student of PVH U and a firm believer in its benefits. I want others to build a long-term relationship with PVH U like I do. I integrate what I learn in my day-to-day job, and don't hesitate to mention that is something new I learned thru a PVH U course. Now, I also want to share what I believe will benefit others too! I really want to expand the reach of PVH U to make it even a more successful program.

Debora
Being a PVH U Ambassador means that I have a platform to promote the awesome classes that PVH U offers more than I currently do. I have the opportunity to interact globally with other associates that are not within my normal day-to-day role. I also feel that as an ambassador, I will be able to share tips, continue to hone my skill set, and have a little fun along the way.

4. What is one tool (or course) from PVH U that you want associates to be aware of?

Jennifer
I would honestly say, PVH U courses from Workday. The short, easy videos have a lot of information. They give associates knowledge that they can benefit from and help them in the future (eg: product knowledge videos) and help us leaders save time and resources as well. Helping associates know about our products, makes it easy for them to sell and upsell as they know the pros and cons of every product that we have, they can help their customers with ease. It also helps us give our customers an EXPERIENCE, not just service. So, I strongly recommend for associates to take the opportunity of a lifetime!

Burcu
"Deskercise: Simple Exercises You Can Do At Your Desk" course. It was shocking to learn that a normal office associate sits an average of 15 hours every single day and how that contributes to discomfort and physical/mental health issues. Within this course, you learn why it's important to keep moving, the benefits of breath-work, and easy deskercise techniques to try. This quick exercise that you can do anytime from your desk can make a big difference in your physical/mental health! Give it a try and you will not regret it!

Debora
I want PVH associates to know that PVH U offers courses that range from personal well-being, career development, Inclusion & Diversity, logistics, etc. - you name it and I guarantee there is a course available that speaks to that need. The most recent course that I attended was "Harnessing the Power of LinkedIn". The course was extremely engaging and there were so many takeaways about how to present our best selves.
