PVI : Business performance in the first 06 months of 2020 meeting and plan for the last 06 months of the year

On July 27^th , 2020, at PVI Headquarters, PVI Joint Stock Company (PVI) successfully organized the Business Review meeting for the first 6 months of 2020 and planning for the last 6-month of 2020. Running the Meeting, Mr. Bui Van Thuan - Secretary of Party Committee, CEO of PVI. Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa - Permanent Vice Chairman of PVI's Board of Directors, Mr. Duong Thanh Francois - Member of the Board of Directors (Online), Head of Supervisory Board, Board of Management, Directors of Divisions from parent company, Board of Directors of member companies in PVI system include PVI Insurance Corporation, PVI Reinsurance Corporation, PVI Assets Management Joint Stock Company, Vietnam Asset Development Joint Stock Company.

By the end of the first 6 months of 2020, according to pre-audited data updated to July 20, 2020, it is estimated that in the first 6 months of 2020, the whole PVI system has achieved very encouraging results, which Consolidated and Separated of Total Revenue and Profit before tax exceeded the plan.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hoa -Permanent Vice Chairman of PVI's BOD expressed his joy at the results of the Board of Management and all PVI staff in the whole system and at the same time he believes that PVI will continue to promote to complete the plan for the whole year 2020.

Mr. Bui Van Thuan - CEO of PVI also acknowledged the results that achieved in the first 6 months of 2020 of PVI employees despite the general situation under pressure and dealing with both objective and subjective factors from the oil price crisis, the Covid crisis and the escalating political tensions in the world. He also brought solutions to carry out the mission in the last 6 months of 2020 to ensure the completion of the plan assigned by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
