Q-linea AB (publ) (”Q-linea” or ”the Company”), today announced that the number of shares and votes in Q-linea has increased during the month of June due to the direct issue of shares to certain Swedish and international institutional investors and sector specialist investors. The press release regarding the issue of shares was published on 10 June 2021. A total of 2,200,000 ordinary shares and votes have been added.

At 30 June 2021, which is the last trading day in June, the number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 29,537,947. All shares are ordinary shares.
