CORRECTION IN ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE

"APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR - DR CHONG KAI CHUAN"

The board of directors of Q & M Dental Group (Singapore) Limited (the "Company") (the "Board") refers to the Company's announcement dated 19 August 2020 in relation to the appointment of Dr Chong Kai Chuan as the alternate director to Dr Ang Ee Peng Raymond (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Announcement.

The Company wishes to clarify that the shareholding details of Dr Chong Kai Chuan shall read as follows (insertions underlined, deletions struck through):

"2.81 million2,936,300ordinary shares of the Listed Issuer (1.01 million ordinary shares are held in the name of various nominees)."

All other information in the Announcement remains valid.
