QB Industrias SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company, that through its subsidiaries and affiliates, is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and sale of such chemical compounds as natural and synthetic resins. The Company’s products portfolio includes adhesives, coated sand, shrink films, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), urea formaldehyde resins, liquid and solid phenol, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl acetate-based adhesives, caseins and proteins, among others. The Company’s chemical compounds are mainly used in the production of plastic packaging materials, as well as reconstituted wood, refractory bricks, furniture, specialized paper and paints. In addition, the Company has operations established in the Federal District.
