(Summary) Qol to Expand its Business through M&A Open 7 pharmacies in Ibaraki and Osaka Prefectures

Qol Holdings Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, hereinafter "the Company") announces that the Company opened 7 pharmacies in Ibaraki and Osaka prefectures acquired by M&A.

The Company promotes Dispensing Pharmacy Business as a core business and aggressively increasing the number of pharmacies by opening new pharmacies and acquiring pharmacies through M&A. Our goal is to achieve medium-term targets of consolidated net sales of ¥300 billion and operating income of ¥25 billion.

Based on our business strategy, the Company is strongly expanding network in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka and its neighboring area. The Company will continue to build a system that further contributes to improve convenience of our customers through cooperation with medical institutions and existing Qol pharmacies.
