Qualcomm announces the appointment of Yasumasa Nakayama as vice president and president of Qualcomm Japan, effective immediately.

Qualcomm reports that Nakayama joined Qualcomm in 2004 and has played an important role in Qualcomm's growth and diversification in the region. In his most recent position, Nakayama led Qualcomm's sales and customer engagement teams in Japan.
