Qualitech Public Company Limited (The Company) would like to submit the resolution of the Board of Directors' Meeting No.5/2022 held on July 26, 2022 has resolved and approve the appointment of the Chairman of the Board of Director and Directors in Sub-Committees are as follow:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr.Sannpat Rattakham to be the Chairman of the Board of Director.
2. Approved the appointment of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pranya Sakiyalak to be the Board of Directors to replace Mr.Supachok Sirichantaradilok and retained for remaining term of the resigned directors and to be the Audit Committee to replace Pol.Lt.Gen Sompong Chingduang who resigns from the position.
3. Approved the appointment of Pol.Lt.Gen Sompong Chingduang to be the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.
4. Approved the appointment of Mr.Tatchapong Thamputthipong to be the Risk Management Committee.
5. Approved the appointment of Mr.Thitiwat Teerakulthanyaroj to be the Risk Management Committee.
6. Approved the appointment of Mr.Nick Thanapoomikul to be the Risk Management Committee.
7. Approved the appointment of Mr.Somkiat Aramruangkul to be the Risk Management Committee.

The effective is July 26, 2022 onwards.
