Fintech company Valuno's board member Nickolaj Johansson is leaving the board at his own request, according to a press release.

Johansson was elected to the board at an extraordinary general meeting on July 8, 2024, and is now leaving due to lack of time.

Following Nickolaj Johansson's departure, the board consists of three members and continues to meet the requirements of the Articles of Association.
