On September 7, 2021, Robin Josephs informed QuinStreet, Inc. that, due to other commitments, she intends to resign as a director on the Company's Board of Directors effective October 25, 2021. Ms. Josephs has served on the Board for over eight years. She has served as Chairperson of the Compensation Committee for over three years.
