about the procedure of dividend payment for

the 2018 business year from the calendar year 2020

In the announcement published on May 7, 2019 (the "Dividend Announcement"), RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. ("RÁBA Plc") as issuer informed its honoured shareholders about the technical order of dividend payment from the Company's available retained earnings increased by the profit after tax for 2018, as defined by Resolution 3/2019.04.11 of AGM held on April 11, 2019.

RÁBA Plc. hereby notifies the shareholders who are entitled to dividend for 2018 but have not been paid yet due to the non-provision or the non-complete provision of their data necessary for the dividend payment, that from 2020 the dividend payment is going to be executed by RÁBA Plc with the participation of T-Systems Hungary Zrt.

The conditions for the payment of dividend, including the scope of data necessary for the payment of dividend, can be learned from the published Dividend Announcement.
