R. STAHL AG appointed Bernardo Kral as a member of the Executive Board as of 1 August 2021. In its future role as Chief Operating Officer, he will additionally drive the cross-functional evolution of all global structures and processes as well as the operationalization of the Group strategy. Before joining R. STAHL, he was Managing Director and partner at K-Square Consulting, Sao Paulo, with a focus on restructuring, M&A and change management.
R Stahl AG is a Germany-based technology company. It offers a range of products and systems for explosion protection, such as explosion protected switches, pushbuttons and light fittings.
