CSAM Health Group AS (OB:CSAM) agreed to acquire The Optima Corporation from R1 RCM Inc. (NasdaqGS:RCM) for $2.8 million on June 30, 2021. The Optima reported sales of $2.8 million in 2020. Closing of the acquisition will take place June 30, 2021.
RSM Hasner Kjelstrup & Wiggen AS, Investment Banking Arm served as a financial advisor and Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS served as a legal advisor for CSAM Health Group.
