Radius Residential Care Limited (NZSE:RAD) agreed to acquire CLARE HOUSE RETIREMENT VILLAGE LIMITED for NZD 14.5 million on October 11, 2021. The acquisition includes all the land, buildings and operations of Clare House as well as two adjoining residential properties at 71 and 83 Durham Street. The acquisition will be fully funded from the new ASB NZD 62 million debt facility. Transaction will settle on November 1, 2021.
