Raisio won the US legal case

RAISIO WON THE US LEGAL CASE

On 8 November 2016, the District Court, Central District of California, accepted Raisio's application to dismiss the civil action, without considering the merits, brought by Oat Solutions LLC. Oat Solutions claimed for damages of at least USD 25 million from Raisio through legal proceedings. Raisio has from the beginning considered Oat Solutions' claims to be completely unfounded.

Prior to the civil action brought by Oat Solutions in the US, Raisio won in November 2014 a case against Oat Solutions in an arbitration proceeding heId in Finland. Furthermore, in November 2015 the District Court of Southwest Finland dismissed Oat Solution's action for annulment related to the said arbitral proceedings. Raisio has won the actions brought against it by Oat Solutions in all three proceedings.
