Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) ('Ramelius', 'the Company') is pleased to announce that Fiona Murdoch has been appointed as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 December 2021.

Ms Murdoch is a senior executive leader with extensive operational experience across the Australian and international resources and infrastructure sectors.

She is a Non-Executive Director of listed companies NRW Holdings Ltd (ASX: NWH) and Metro Mining Ltd (ASX: MMI) and also serves on the Australian Premium Iron Joint Venture Committee for AMCI and POSCO. Ms Murdoch previously served as a Director of the Building Queensland infrastructure statutory body, KGL Resources Ltd (ASX: KGL) and metallurgical services and technology company Core Resources Pty Ltd. She was also a Partner of corporate advisory firm Neuchtel Partners for 10 years.

Prior to this, Ms Murdoch held a number of corporate legal and business development roles with MIM/Xstrata over 9 years. Ms Murdoch holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
