3K Limited Partnership acquired an additional 16.52% stake in Rand Worldwide, Inc. (OTCPK:RWWI) from RWWI Holdings LLC for $10.8 million on September 26, 2014. 3K Limited acquired 9 million shares at $1.2 per share. RWWI has reduced its holding from 34.3 million shares to 25.3 million shares.

The Rand Simulation division offers Ansys engineering simulation software to help organizations incorporate. The Facilities Management division offers ARCHIBUS products for facilities management software for space planning, strategic planning and lease/property administration, and provides a full range of training, consulting and support services for the ARCHIBUS products.
