Rand Worldwide, Inc. announced that their Rand Secure Archive division has released two new productivity tools in support of Autonomy's Enterprise Archive Solution (EAS) products. The first tool, EAS Web Access Version 2.6 (EWA 2.6) is a web-based interface to EAS that provides end users with direct access to archived messages and files without the need for an email client. EWA 2.6 supports EAS version 6.4.0.2 and earlier as well as up to version 2010 SP2 of Microsoft Exchange. EAS Entourage Client Version 3.0.2.3 (EEC 3.0.2.3), the second tool being offered by Rand Secure Archive, is designed for organizations that use Autonomy EAS for Exchange in combination with the Entourage mail client for Mac OS as their email interface. EEC enables Entourage users to access their EAS for Exchange archived data via a floating toolbar located directly in the Entourage mail client. Through the EEC tool, Entourage users can preview, archive, restore, reply to, or forward archived email messages and perform searches within their personal archives. EEC 3.0.2.3 is compatible with EAS 6.4.0.2 and earlier, as well as Exchange 2010 SP2 and prior.
