Chin Kha Foo, based in Sarawak, Malaysia, signed an agreement to acquire 60% stake in A & C United Agriculture Developing Inc. (OTCPK:ACUG) from Yidan (Andy) Liu and Jun (Charlie) Huang on March 13, 2017. Chin Kha Foo will acquire 22.64 million shares in A & C United Agriculture Developing. Chin Kha Foo is the assignee of Choa-Jung Lee. On closing, Chin Kha Foo will be appointed as Board of Directors, President/Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of A & C United Agriculture and all current Directors of A & C United Agriculture Developing will resign. Yidan (Andy) Liu and Jun (Charlie) Huang will resign as Officers of A & C United Agriculture Developing and as well as members of the Board of Directors.
