Raytheon Technologies unit Raytheon UK said it and strategic partner Capita received a contract award to provide the Royal Navy with technology, training and learning solutions over the next 12 years.

The contract, which will be led by Capita, has an initial contract value of 200 million British pounds to Raytheon UK.

Raytheon UK said it will play a role in modernizing the Royal Navy's training analysis, design, delivery, assurance, and management/support services.

Raytheon shares were down 2% to $69.98 in midday trading.
