RCE Marketing works with various co-operatives and foundations to provide shariah-compliant and conventional financing to their members, who are mainly government employees. Its subsidiary, EXP Payment Sdn Bhd provides processing and administrative payroll collection services under the brand, Ekspres Collect. Its subsidiary, RCE Factoring Sdn Bhd offers factoring and confirming facilities to small and medium-sized enterprises primarily involved in trading, construction and manufacturing.
