Milano, 5 April 2021 RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. informs that, within the terms set forth by the law and the by-laws, the list of candidates for the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company, scheduled on the agenda of the Shareholders' meeting called on 29 April 2021, on single call, have been filed.
