Realtek Semiconductor Corp. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 30,499.34 million compared to TWD 25,839.08 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 4,677.11 million compared to TWD 4,304.67 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 9.12 compared to TWD 8.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 9.05 compared to TWD 8.39 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 60,255.66 million compared to TWD 49,179.83 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 9,863.38 million compared to TWD 7,359.44 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 19.27 compared to TWD 14.41 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 18.79 compared to TWD 14.22 a year ago.
