Reckitt Benckiser Group plc announced the appointment of Patricia (Pat) Verduin PhD, former SVP Global Technology at Colgate Palmolive, to the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective 9 June 2025. Pat is the former Chief Technology Officer at Colgate Palmolive. She joined the company in 2007 as VP R&D and held a number of senior roles across R&D and technology until 2022.
Pat commenced her plural career in 2019 and is currently a Non-Executive at Ingredion, FMC and Avient. Pat will join the Compliance Committee from July 2025.
