Gender Pay ReportOn 31 March, we released our 2020 Gender Pay Report. For the first time, we're reporting on 10 countries' gender pay figures, representing almost 70% of colleagues. That's double last year's total. We're going beyond the standard reporting requirements because we believe that gender pay transparency is key for us and for society.
