Milan, 18th December 2020 - Please be informed that the summary report of the voting results related to the resolutions approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on 17th December 2020, pursuant to article 125-quater of the Legislative Decree 58/98, is available to the public on the Company's website (www.recordati.it, in the area "Investors", section "Shareholders' Meetings - Reverse Merger into Recordati S.p.A. 2020/2021") and on the "1info" storage mechanism (www.1info.it).
