Amendment to Bayer AG Research Collaboration and Option Agreement

On December 2, 2021, Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") and Bayer AG entered into a Collaboration Expansion Agreement (the "Expansion Agreement") to amend their Research Collaboration and Option Agreement dated August 28, 2020. On December 6, 2021, the Company issued a press release related to the Expansion Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
