DENVER (AP) _ Red Lion Hotels Corp. (RLH) on Wednesday reported a loss of $4 million in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had a loss of 16 cents. Losses, adjusted for costs related to mergers and acquisitions and non-recurring costs, came to 10 cents per share.

The hospitality company posted revenue of $10.2 million in the period.

In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit $2.50. A year ago, they were trading at $6.50.
