Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. announced that on September 14, 2022, Michael Kaplan notified the company that he will resign as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company, effective October 7, 2022. Mr. Kaplan will continue in his role and assist in the transition of his responsibilities until his departure from the Company.
